Hazed and Amuzed Posted January 2, 2009 Posted January 2, 2009 Office/Always sunny/30 rock. Depends on the mood.
The Dean Posted January 2, 2009 Posted January 2, 2009 Chocolate News is pretty damn funny. South Park is still good, most weeks. And, as a sleeper, I really like Corner Gas.
/dev/null Posted January 3, 2009 Posted January 3, 2009 Family Guy or South Park Big Bang Theory Kaley Cuoco
Rubes Posted January 3, 2009 Posted January 3, 2009 And, as a sleeper, I really like Corner Gas. I didn't know anyone else even knew about that one.
The Dean Posted January 3, 2009 Posted January 3, 2009 I didn't know anyone else even knew about that one. Highest rated comedy in Canadian TV history, won all kinds of awards, yet none of the Canadians I know have ever HEARD of it. It is Seinfeld-esque, in a way. (It isn't like Seinfeld, but the humor comes from the interaction between the characters...it isn't "jokey" at all.) It really is a good show. http://www.cornergas.com/ http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Corner_Gas

It really is a good show. http://www.cornergas.com/ http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Corner_Gas I've watched it a few times on WGN and thought it was really well written. But it just seemed like a Canadian show that would never attract an audience here, probably because it doesn't slap you in the face with a laugh track.

Kinda like how the office never got an audience because of the lack of a laugh track, huh?
Steely Dan Posted January 3, 2009 Posted January 3, 2009 Family Guy or South Park Kaley Cuoco Mmmm, hot Cuoco and marshmallows! Family Guy/Sunny
The Dean Posted January 3, 2009 Posted January 3, 2009 hmmm gotta check it out It's not the kind of show where watching one episode wows, you, I don't think...but here's one for you: http://www.tudou.com/programs/view/xW0Hk8FUCRY/
Rubes Posted January 3, 2009 Posted January 3, 2009 Kinda like how the office never got an audience because of the lack of a laugh track, huh? Nah, plenty of comedy shows don't have laugh tracks (Scrubs is my favorite), but I was just being facetious.
