God Forbid the players be afraid of the head coach. With all that said, I think the support staff has to go...new Defensive Cord, I think that goes without saying, this lay back and react defense sucks, what happened to an attacking defense?! Make the offense adjust to the D, not the D to the Offense, get creative. How about a DC that demands respect, one of the Fired Head coaches...I'd take Romeo, why not? without question we are going to have to see a new OC, another time to get a former Head coach or at least someone that has been an OC. While I am disappointed with Wilson's choice, I guess I have no choice but to live with it.
