Coaching Comparisons

I was doing this my self until I just had an ephinany.

Tom Couglin had an expansion Team- a lot of good vets from different teams and top 5 draft picks.

had an already talented giants team with a good defense and some star players and a top 5 drated QB

Bill belechick who stunk it up with the BRowns came to NEWengland to a Probowl QB/TE and a solid defense with star players.

Bill Cower took over a Playoff team.

Shannahan took over a team with probowlers and hall of famers

The only two coaches I can readily think of that came to slightly above average talent or below is Bill parcells and Tony dungy.

Even our hall of Fame coach had a bunch of prowbolers and hall of famers on the team.

Yes DJ is unbearbale at times and has given us nothing to be excited about on the surface but this guy came to a, excuse me for saying this, piss poor team with minimal to no talent players guys who would be backups on other teams.

What does he do with his talent gives them 7-9 records 3 years straight. So how about we give this guy some talent this year and see what he does with it before we call him a complete loser-YES I AM A DJ HATER myself- but the reality is you can only be as good as the team your coaching and our team like it or not is not that good.
