Trader
What is the minimal record Jaron has to have to save his Job? I say it's 8 and 8 with a split in the division. I am setting the bar low just like Ralph.
murra
What? It's playoffs. Guaranteed. Ralph didn't hint to it as much as I thought he wuold. But consider playoffs to be the only way he can save his job.

BillsVet
Ralph has hired an 80 year old man without NFL front office experience as his GM. Ralph has given his seal of approval to a coach who has proven he cannot win in the NFL. Ralph has let go or pushed out the door every successful coach/front office executive. Saban, Polian, Butler and Smith all were either fired or quit because he's meddling. Ralph's franchise has a sub .500 record since the NFL merger. They are 283-315-2 in 39 seasons of being in the NFL. Ralph's arrogance in thinking we'll all come back to the games should be rewarded appropriately. JoeF
The only way to save this fiasco is a playoffs or fired guarantee from Ralph....keep the staff intact--but playoffs or fired....
taterhill
Dick needs to make the playoffs...it is as simple as that...
bills_fan_in_raleigh
just not pull a Lions and go 0 - 16. Win one against a divisional opponent.
jad1
If the Bills schedule turns out to be as difficult at it looks now, Buffalo will be lucky to win 6 games next year under Jauron. Things could change, but Wilson has brought back a coach that was 0-6 against the division, and who has never really come close to beating Belichick. Honestly, the best thing that could happen next year for Bills fans is that Wilson finally comes to his senses and agrees to sell part of the team to some local owners. Ralph figured it out a long time ago- maximize profits by minimizing cash for coaches and big time players. Spin the fans any old croc and they will show up in droves. extrahammer
I can't think of a coach offhand that's had his back to the wall like Jauron and actually done well. Next year it will be week to week of bashing. It's a joke.
