I realize this was a really really really bad season, since we all had our hopes up, but having the former Bills QB, JP in the game so many times didn't help. I just don't think Jauron is fully to blame. Now having said that, with his style of drafting, another positive is that we should never have a shortage of defensive backs.

Dick gets the guys ready to play. They play hard. They play as a team. Even with the losing at the end there was no bickering or outlandish public comments. The guys hung together. Made huge improvements in the run game in the last half of the season. Keeps Bobby April around.
