Rest of personell (Modrak, Guy) is questionable at best. As much as I agree with you I still think a good coach could take the Bills to the playoffs. Talent is on this team, not a ton of it but enough to get a wild card (especially this year). Now next year might be tough cause of the schedule but coaching cost us several games this year, not the rest of the organization.
