Rest of personell (Modrak, Guy) is questionable at best. As much as I agree with you I still think a good coach could take the Bills to the playoffs. Talent is on this team, not a ton of it but enough to get a wild card (especially this year). Now next year might be tough cause of the schedule but coaching cost us several games this year, not the rest of the organization. I would like to see a front office overhaul but I would settle for a new head coach with a proven record of winning.
bigskyfan Posted December 29, 2008 Author Posted December 29, 2008 Ralphs idea with fixing the problems in the front office is to "give Tom Modrak more power". evidently RW likes the management by consensus approach because then no one is really in charge,,,,,, except him.
