Bluto55
Isn't that the real cause of the Bill's failures for the past 3 years? No leadership on the field or off. Whitner spoke the words but couldn't pull it off. Stroud, Jackson and Lynch do it by example but they are limited by the talent around them. Trent Edwards and so many others are low-keyed and conservative which reflects the coaching staff philosophy of playing not to lose. Add on a 6 man Management Committee led by the owner trying to run the team and you've got a vast leadership void from top to bottom. I love the Bills but this is a very sad situation. stevewin
In my mind Stroud lost the title of leader when he was one of the players quoted about being happy playing indoors in Toronto rather than outside in Buffalo

But, as far as talent and knowing how to play the game he is a leader. I thought Poz would do more in that respect also.
