Pylon Posted December 28, 2008 Posted December 28, 2008 That's OK. Good start. I like the idea of not throwing till the 2nd qtr. how about a reverse to Lee?
timba Posted December 28, 2008 Posted December 28, 2008 Did the Bills actually knock down a pass intended for Welker!!!!!?!!! Â it's hard to believe! nice recovery on the play by Leodis
Alaska Darin Posted December 28, 2008 Posted December 28, 2008 I think that most NFL coaches would do the same, considering the weather conditions. You'll have to forgive me. I've been watching Mike Mularkey, Gregg Williams, and Dick Jauron. They tend to not use their TOs very wisely.
Erik Posted December 28, 2008 Posted December 28, 2008 If we can hold them for the rest of the quarter I'll be very happy with the result...
Kelso_Helmet Posted December 28, 2008 Posted December 28, 2008 Oh isn't Deerdorf cute...he says that we could have used one of those tilted goal posts in 1990. Â ...so friggin' original to make an SB XXV reference. Really shows that you've done your homework. Â Please die, Dierdorff.
bills44 Posted December 28, 2008 Posted December 28, 2008 Did the Bills actually knock down a pass intended for Welker!!!!!?!!! Â No, hit jarred the ball loose. Looked initially like it may have been a fumble, but Welker never had possession
BuffaloWings Posted December 28, 2008 Posted December 28, 2008 Did the Bills actually knock down a pass intended for Welker!!!!!?!!! Watching it live, I thought it was a fumble and ticked that the refs blew the play dead. Â I think Welker had control of it and was shifting the ball to get a better grip....but that would never be upheld in a replay.
Huuuge Bills Posted December 28, 2008 Posted December 28, 2008 I think that most NFL coaches would do the same, considering the weather conditions. Â If you for a second think that Dick would call a TO for no other reason but to save time in the first quarter your nuts. That's the exact type of thing that he's bad at. Situational awareness, he has none.
jester43 Posted December 28, 2008 Posted December 28, 2008 Oh isn't Deerdorf cute...he says that we could have used one of those tilted goal posts in 1990. that's actually a pretty good one. although, having said that, fkuk dierdorf and the horse he rode in on.
zow2 Posted December 28, 2008 Posted December 28, 2008 So assuming NE wants the ball to open the 2nd half, does that mean BUF can choose to get the wind in the 4th qtr?
bills44 Posted December 28, 2008 Posted December 28, 2008 You'll have to forgive me. I've been watching Mike Mularkey, Gregg Williams, and Dick Jauron. They tend to not use their TOs very wisely. Â Â Point taken...most competent NFL coaches would have done the same
2003 Posted December 28, 2008 Posted December 28, 2008 Spencer looked good there. Possible fullback option???
Erik Posted December 28, 2008 Posted December 28, 2008 That was a big catch and run on the kickoff by Johnson...
BuffaloWings Posted December 28, 2008 Posted December 28, 2008 ...so friggin' original to make an SB XXV reference. Really shows that you've done your homework. Please die, Dierdorff. Someone has to tell every announcer that any field goal reference regarding the Bills is just friggin old.
TheChimp Posted December 28, 2008 Posted December 28, 2008 Wow isn't this offense being creative today?
Pylon Posted December 28, 2008 Posted December 28, 2008 Yes!!!!! Can't believe it. Bills outsmarted Pats that play
