TheChimp Posted December 28, 2008 Posted December 28, 2008 If this doesn't make people boycott Ralph Wilson's products from now on, nothing will.
zow2 Posted December 28, 2008 Posted December 28, 2008 Unbelievalbe: Duke Preston got suckered into a fight to end the half.. unbelievable the height of stupidity and f ed uped ness... I agree, instead of peeling off and lining up to kick immediately (and maybe ctahcing NE with too many men on the field)...our idiots players get suckered into a scuffle. NE has to be laughing in the locker room. This is all on the Bills coaches and players. It's 50/50 whether the refs would have immediately stopped the clock if the same play happened in the middle of the field. It's weird though. In most games the refs would have huddled up and made a decision. This guy just waved everyone off probably penalizing the Bills for Stupidity. BTW- I'm watching Roethlisberger immobile on the field getting his facemask and helmet removed with a screwdriver.
Golden Wheels Posted December 28, 2008 Posted December 28, 2008 Dick Jauron is conservative to the point where I think he is more concerned about not getting blown out as opposed to trying to WIN THE GAME. No nads,
colin Posted December 28, 2008 Posted December 28, 2008 BTW the play before...did Anyone notice Evans was wide open coming out of his break....and Edwards took the check down instead of hitting Evans in the endzone i thought so too. i dunno if the wind was so bad that he figured he had to go short, but a pass to the edge would have been evans and no one else's
timba Posted December 28, 2008 Posted December 28, 2008 BTW the play before...did Anyone notice Evans was wide open coming out of his break....and Edwards took the check down instead of hitting Evans in the endzone I wouldn't say WIDE open, but open enough for the NFL, Edwards could and should have put it in there.
RayFinkle Posted December 28, 2008 Posted December 28, 2008 not having a different play in in time is bad sure, but the pats just cheated and the refs let them. Wow...nothing like hitting rock bottom with your last post and then getting the jack hammer out to top it off.
gmac17 Posted December 28, 2008 Posted December 28, 2008 dumb playcall obviously, but i guess the moral of the story is that you can start a scrum if you need to waste 10 seconds of the clock and nothing will happen.
Pozitive51 Posted December 28, 2008 Posted December 28, 2008 The play call to run was horrible. Should have been a throw to the endzone, that said the refs blew the whistle more than once which would have signaled a stopping the clock.... the refs and DJ blew it.
Zona Posted December 28, 2008 Posted December 28, 2008 anyone still in favor of keeping Dickie Douchbag? Nice call on 3rd down. Way to go for the endzone. Way to run our team into mediocrity....

bills44 Posted December 28, 2008 Posted December 28, 2008 They were lollygagging it right from the beginning of that drive. If they played with any pace they'd have had plenty of time to attack the endzone on multiple plays. yep. they pissed away far too much time after the first 5 or so plays on the drive.
John Adams Posted December 28, 2008 Posted December 28, 2008 BTW the play before...did Anyone notice Evans was wide open coming out of his break....and Edwards took the check down instead of hitting Evans in the endzone The ball was out before Evans made his break.
DFITZ1 Posted December 28, 2008 Posted December 28, 2008 That last series defined why Jauron should go. Clock Management and play calling that would baffle PeeWee coaches. This guy is an embarrassment to Buffalo sports.
DanInUticaTampa Posted December 28, 2008 Posted December 28, 2008 NO! Follow my math Dick (RJ + Mularkey) OJ - My sh-it + (Gregg Williams/Smelly Sock) = Dick<The corn in my stool works for me
The Senator Posted December 28, 2008 Posted December 28, 2008 Ralph would do well to fire Jauron in the locker room during halftime, & let the Bobby April era begin today.
BuffaloWings Posted December 28, 2008 Posted December 28, 2008 They're relying on the run way too much. 3rd & long is not the time to run, even if you're running it well.
I hate the Bills ! Posted December 28, 2008 Posted December 28, 2008 What a bunch of dumb !@#$s ! We just expect it cuz its !@#$ing buffalo !
Erik Posted December 28, 2008 Posted December 28, 2008 The weird thing about it was Jackson was trying to to give the ball off to get set but every single ref ignored him...
ExiledInIllinois Posted December 28, 2008 Posted December 28, 2008 "Just give it (the scrum) to them!" Maybe Duke doesn't like Dick?
Heels20X6 Posted December 28, 2008 Posted December 28, 2008 The ball was out before Evans made his break. But Edwards had plenty of time to hold that ball for maybe two more seconds to hit Evans. Face it. Trent is a dud at passes more than 5 yards.
