You guys love wasting bandwidth on this loser...Start a countdown..8 hours and 25 minutes till JP gets on a plane and never comes back....Or 8 hrs 25 minutes till JP never dons a NFL uniform in the regular season again..Or 8 hours 25 minutes till JP becomes a garbage man fulltime..

Some people just can't get enough of bashing Bills' players. Worst kind of fans, IMO.

You must have read the posts ripping Trent apart 3 hours before a Bills game.

They are like a 3 yr old who just realized its nap time..Throwing the last second hissy fit in a last ditch effort to stay awake when all grown ups know whats best for them...

I haven't. But, I don't doubt they exist. Crappy fans bash the players on their favorite team as a sport. It's not OK if they do it to JP and not Trent, or vice versa, IMO. It blows, both ways.

Goodluck in your grocery bagging job and thanks for wasting all of our time you mope.

You have no class. Keep the mean-spirited comments to yourself. That said, I never liked JP as a quarterback either and am glad he's gone. He was projected as a 3rd round pick out of Tulane but Donahoe and Co. had to show they were smarter than everyone else and traded back into the first round draft him. As awful a player he was, the guy at least tried. He just wasn't good enough.

I agree that JP is not a good quarter back. I was one of those persons who had pretty thick blinders on and I kept hoping that he would eventually get it all together but I finally admit that it's not just the coaching or the system. He has a heck of a cannon for an arm but he has no control and 0 accuracy and unfortunatly he doesn't have the smarts to play the quarterback position at this level. However, he has been nothing but a class act from the moment he arrived in Buffalo and I think it's down right lousy how a lot of fans seem to enjoy bashing him and blaming the current state of affairs on him and sometimes him alone. If you want to bash someone, bash the front office for sticking with him this long but don't take your hatred out on a guy who wears his heart on his sleave. I for one appreciate the work JP has put in to the city of Buffalo and to the team and I wish him well wherever life takes him next. Thank you JP for your time in Buffalo.

Ohh yeah, I'm starting to think that my blinders for Trent need to come off as well but I'm willing to give him one more season to show what he can do. He has also been a stand up guy and I support him the same way I have supported JP. If you don't like him, then blame the front office for drafting him but don't bash the guy for giving all that he has, even if that isn't enough to win. I agree with the Dean 100%. Some of the fans on this board are so wishy washy and hateful that it's no wonder players don't want to come to Buffalo any more.

You stuck it out for 5 years/10 wins with JP, but you are getting fed up with Trent after 2 seasons. Am I getting this right?

No, not at all. I'll stand by the quarterback of this team for all eternity if the coaching staff wants to stick with a guy that long. That said, just because I stick by a guy doesn't mean that I agree that he is the right man for the job or that he is even a good quarterback. I think Trent has potential but much like JP he has yet to step up big when it matters the most and that is very concerning, even if he has only been in the league for two seasons. You took what I had to say totally out of context. I'll support Trent all the way but that doesn't mean I believe him to be a good player or even the right man for the job.

Sure, why wouldn't they count? Trent showed a lot of moxie in those come from behind victories. So did the rest of the offense and coaching staff, they all deserve credit in those comebackers. However, I'd be a fool not to throw in the fact that one was at home against the hapless Raiders and the other one was on the road against one of the worst teams in football this season, the Rams. If Trent could have shown that same moxie against just one team in the AFC East this season, that would have been fantastic. Maybe next season will be his year to shine? I hope so...

You got us there. JP didn't have 5 wins combined until year 3, right?

You got me there, considering JP didn't play much his rookie year, and in his first year as a starter he got yanked in and out of the lineup, the team was bereft of talent overall, and Mularkey was a schlub.
