I once bought a new barebones pc for dirt cheap from a vendor with a rating of about +25000. Not long after I got mine, they stopped shipping and screwed over tons of people. Sometimes a high feedback rating doesn't totally insure that you won't get screwed. I make it a habit of never paying by cash, checks, or money orders. I only use Paypal.
