Kingfish Posted December 21, 2008 Posted December 21, 2008 How many of the pats' o-lineman were drafted in the 1st round? Giants? Is the Pats line really that good?
SageAgainstTheMachine Posted December 21, 2008 Posted December 21, 2008 Is the Pats line really that good? Yeah, they're pretty damn good. They're the reason that the Sammy Morrises, and Ben Jarvus Green Ellises of the world can look good.
lilannie Posted December 21, 2008 Posted December 21, 2008 Teams like the Rams and BILLS are losers because they think and act like losers more often than not when it matters most. Until that changes, you can bring in all the physical talent in the world and it won't change a thing. "All the talent in the word"? The Rams?
R. Rich Posted December 21, 2008 Posted December 21, 2008 "All the talent in the word"? The Rams? I think his point is that those teams' problems do not lie exclusively in personnel. Poor coaching, management, and ownership decisions have more to do w/ their current standing than who is on the roster. I happen to agree w/ that viewpoint.

You cannot ignore that who is on the roster is a direct result of poor coaching, management and ownership decisions. Kind of a circle of life thingy. In this case I would call it the Circle of Futility.
