Like A Mofo Posted December 16, 2008 Posted December 16, 2008 You notice the Buffalo Bills have not been a playoff team since George W. Bush officially took office in 2000? Let's blame everything on Bush, as everything else is, and perhaps now that he is leaving the Bills can make the playoffs. Sounds logical to me

YellowLinesandArmadillos Posted December 16, 2008 Posted December 16, 2008 Up with Hope, down with Alaska Dope!
Chef Jim Posted December 16, 2008 Posted December 16, 2008 Does that mean change is coming to Buffalo? Yes, they're moving to Toronto. We can blame that on Obama.
YellowLinesandArmadillos Posted December 16, 2008 Posted December 16, 2008 Yes, they're moving to Toronto. We can blame that on Obama. It was either that or if Palin got it, a whole lot of us were going there.... You wingnuts may like that, but think about it, with Global warming, Canada may actually be a nice place to live in the winter.... that being said, so will Buffalo... hmmm. Florida on the other hand will be like Atlantis....

Florida on the other hand will be like Atlantis.... Just like a lot of you lefties were going there if Bush got elected. Just like the left, never following through with your promises. Oh and BTW, the weather is just one of a few in a long list of problems with WNY.
YellowLinesandArmadillos Posted December 16, 2008 Posted December 16, 2008 Oh and BTW, the weather is just one of a few in a long list of problems with WNY. I know, I know, but there is always hope, however distant!
Chef Jim Posted December 16, 2008 Posted December 16, 2008 I know, I know, but there is always hope, however distant! So what you're saying is that global warming could be the savior of WNY?
Jim in Anchorage Posted December 16, 2008 Posted December 16, 2008 So what you're saying is that global warming could be the savior of WNY? No Hillary will-oh shoot that's right she skipped town first chance-maybe Caroline will-she is well spoken, after all.
YellowLinesandArmadillos Posted December 16, 2008 Posted December 16, 2008 So what you're saying is that global warming could be the savior of WNY? Stranger things have happened, although Losman's fumble and Jaron's call was predictable, and the refs siding with the Burg against Balmore, but stranger things have happened.
ExiledInIllinois Posted December 16, 2008 Posted December 16, 2008 Yes, they're moving to Toronto. We can blame that on Obama. With the Canadian dollar weakening again?... It is about 80 cents on the US Dollar... They are starting to freak out again in the NHL... It might get lower than when they signed their CBA after the lockout.
Adam Posted December 16, 2008 Posted December 16, 2008 Yes, they're moving to Toronto. We can blame that on Obama. San Antonio!
Chilly Posted December 17, 2008 Posted December 17, 2008 San Antonio! If there was one place I hoped the Bills would move to, it'd be SA - I think thats about the only way I could stay a fan, if they moved to my hometown.
ExiledInIllinois Posted December 17, 2008 Posted December 17, 2008 If there was one place I hoped the Bills would move to, it'd be SA - I think thats about the only way I could stay a fan, if they moved to my hometown. You are not originally from BFLO, WNY/CNY/S. ONT area?
Chilly Posted December 17, 2008 Posted December 17, 2008 You are not originally from BFLO, WNY/CNY/S. ONT area? *Current hometown. If I'm talking to non-buffalo people and they ask me where I'm from, I say Buffalo; however, with you guys, I'd say my hometown was where I was living, as we're all from Buffalo originally for the most part.
ExiledInIllinois Posted December 17, 2008 Posted December 17, 2008 *Current hometown. If I'm talking to non-buffalo people and they ask me where I'm from, I say Buffalo; however, with you guys, I'd say my hometown was where I was living, as we're all from Buffalo originally for the most part. That is what I thought...
YellowLinesandArmadillos Posted December 17, 2008 Posted December 17, 2008 *Current hometown. If I'm talking to non-buffalo people and they ask me where I'm from, I say Buffalo; however, with you guys, I'd say my hometown was where I was living, as we're all from Buffalo originally for the most part. And even when you leave, Buffalo takes of a piece of you and makes you carry a piece of it with you.... Endearing sometimes, other times the operative word is from....
Chef Jim Posted December 17, 2008 Posted December 17, 2008 If there was one place I hoped the Bills would move to, it'd be SA - I think thats about the only way I could stay a fan, if they moved to my hometown. You'd still be a fan? Hell if I moved back to WNY and the Bills were still there I'm not sure I'd still be a fan then.
ExiledInIllinois Posted December 17, 2008 Posted December 17, 2008 You'd still be a fan? Hell if I moved back to WNY and the Bills were still there I'm not sure I'd still be a fan then. Why? So what if they perpetually suck...
Cheeseburger_in_paradise Posted December 17, 2008 Posted December 17, 2008 If the Bills move, there is no way I'd ever be a fan again. Then, someone said, San Antonio. And I though, maybe. But only if they stay RED WHITE and BLUE. But if they lose the Bills name, forget it. Browns don't become Ravens, if you know what I mean.
