Cowher and Modrak must have worked together in Blitzburgh, unless that period was when Modrak was in Philly. I know Tom & Tom were tight. Tom D. and Cowher had an issue. Would anyone have any idea about Cowher and Modrak's former working relationship? If it were positive that could be a asset in luring Cowher from the studio to the sideline with substantial power in player personnel. Honestly the football acumen vacuum at the top could be a good draw for someone who has had that power before... Cowher, Sherman, Holmgren.
