Tortured Soul
http://www.nypost.com/seven/12142008/sport..._end_144174.htm Dick Jauron, not Shaun Ellis Shaun Ellis , looked like the one who was smoking something at the end of today's stunning Jets New York Jets victory over Buffalo. The Bills coach inexplicably called a pass with two minutes left and his team in complete control that resulted in a J.P. Losman fumble, which Ellis recovered and returned for an 11-yard touchdown, giving the Jets a 31-27 home win. ... Buffalo (6-8) got the ball with 4:20 left and Marshawn Lynch (21 rushes, 127 yards) making the Jets' defense look invisible. Lynch carried the ball four times for 17 yards before Jauron wrote his own pink slip. ... The play call left both sides shaking their heads. As Bills defensive tackle Marcus Stroud walked to the locker room he said, "Just run the (bleeping) ball" to a teammate. "All I can say is, 'wow,' " Favre said. "There are several things on that play that make you scratch your head."

It will be interesting to see what happens from here.
NavarreFL_Bills_Fan
If only the NY Times knew....this would not be a surprise for them. That mistake can be added to the long list of similar mistakes this season and last.
aristocrat
it just takes the wind out of you...its incompetence and embarassing...give the coaching staff pink slips this week and start auditioning for next year. i just moved down here to charlotte and have caught quite a few panthers games and while their offense has played awful at times they are coached well and play hard

It obviously didnt hurt Giants 2 years ago when their players repeatedly called out Coughlin in the media.

Ahhhh, how refreshing the NYC media is when you stick it up next to the pandering crap that Schopp and the Bullsh-- Artist represent here in B-low.
