even in the darkest of hours we should acknowledge those who played well. And a lot of players played well.

 

here's my list:

 

Marshawn Lynch - ran like a man possessed, couple of drops only blemish

Langston Walker - was out in space making blocks, continued his solid play

Spencer Johnson - had a huge stop that could have been the difference in the game

Leodis McKelvin - might be the best kick returner in the league, and he's turning into a dependable corner

Steve Johnson - first career touchdown

Derek Fine - made the most out both his receptions - turned a 4 yard reception into a 12 yard gain through sheer will power

 

honorable mention:

Duke Preston - was much improved and did well against Jenkins. plus he pushed the ref on the ground.

JP Losman - so so terrible

Kawika Mitchell - continues his trend of being very good one weak and atrocious the next. looked very slow at times

Donte Whitner - i think he's playing hurt and it shows. was picked on in the first half.

Give some props to Stroud who blew that play up and forced the cutback into Spencer's gap.
