H2o Posted December 15, 2008 Share Posted December 15, 2008 Football has passed the two of these guys bye. They are both clearly too old and inept to run a team. Ralph with all of his front office decisions and Al with all of his overpaid players makes for two dreadful franchises. These guys are still stuck in the old AFL days. Ralph had some spot luck in the late 80's and early 90's with Polian at the helm, but those days seem almost as ancient as the exodus from Egypt for the Jewish people. Al enjoyed some success EARLY in the decade, but it left him with John Gruden. Somebody needs to take over the executive decisions of these two teams or convince the two to step down.
