ans4e64 Posted December 14, 2008 Posted December 14, 2008 How can anyone blame JP for that? He's a QB that is known for holding onto the football and being careless. Then we put him into that position? That's like blaming the tiger when he eats the trainer.
Sisyphean Bills Posted December 14, 2008 Posted December 14, 2008 Royal! You are a POS Royal was just drifting there and did not attack the ball. What a great team!
maverick544 Posted December 14, 2008 Posted December 14, 2008 Cut JP, Cut DJ and the rest of the Offensive Coaching team and run the wild cat the remaing of the season with Action Jackson and Beast Mode! HOW THE F* is this happening, thank goodness this game is meaningless for the bills.
bills_fan_in_raleigh Posted December 14, 2008 Posted December 14, 2008 again coaching kills us. first why the play cal, second why not remind the moron that he needs to get rid of it fast. JP will be flipping burgers someplace next year
spartacus Posted December 14, 2008 Posted December 14, 2008 Guys, all people were saying was that if we passed the ball it should not be a straight drop back. I would have done a quick roll out with backside protection or run a naked bootleg with a quick pass. The play call and execution was simply stupid should have went with direct snap to Fred or lynch with JP on the bench
Adam Posted December 14, 2008 Posted December 14, 2008 I wonder if Ralph will pick a QB in the first round....hopefully he can find one with a name he likes
John from Riverside Posted December 14, 2008 Posted December 14, 2008 Did someobody say something about making a highlight film....oh look JPL you get another chance.....go throw the last pick that loses the game now
bigfootindy Posted December 14, 2008 Posted December 14, 2008 FU JP Losman! Just stay in NYC and don't come back to Buffalo!
CFLstyle Posted December 14, 2008 Posted December 14, 2008 Wow Mangini might just be trying to throw it right back to us it's like Mangini and JP are playing catch, no more like hot potato neither of them want it.
Sisyphean Bills Posted December 14, 2008 Posted December 14, 2008 The Bills are mathematically eliminated.
MaineMoxie Posted December 14, 2008 Posted December 14, 2008 Why not give Hamdan a try in this situation - see what he can do? I mean, what have you got to lose?
Fewell733 Posted December 14, 2008 Posted December 14, 2008 What in the hell did we all do in a past life to deserve this???? keep in mind today's game is meaningless. Shockingly we still have a chance here.
McD Posted December 14, 2008 Posted December 14, 2008 Hate to say it, but I don't blame Turk on this one....this is ALL on JP. Yeah we coulda ran on that play, but the Jets were ready for the run. A safe pass, or bootleg could've been a good play (the way JP was throwing at the time). It's all about the execution....
robkmil Posted December 14, 2008 Posted December 14, 2008 dump offs with no time outs left man Van pelt is fat
bizell Posted December 14, 2008 Posted December 14, 2008 what the !@#$? he starts checking down now that we have no timeouts. jeezus christ.
KD in CA Posted December 14, 2008 Posted December 14, 2008 How can anyone blame JP for that? He's a QB that is known for holding onto the football and being careless. Then we put him into that position? That's like blaming the tiger when he eats the trainer. Exactly. The coaching staff is beyond clueless for making that call. And I don't care if the clock was stopping anyway after that play. Your only goal was to get 5 yards in the next 2 plays and the game is over. There is absolutely no reason not to run Lynch there and then you can see what you need to get on 3d down. Oh, and you almost had a game with any huge turnover causing whiff Peters! Good thing you squeezed it in at the last minute.
