Adam Posted December 13, 2008 Posted December 13, 2008 Doug Flutie- after a year, I returned it and got a Rob Johnson jersey...don't ask how. I think having those two jerseys in one purchase tops anything we will see from anyone else.

I got a Mike Williams jersey for my 13th birthday, which was about 3 weeks after the 02 draft. I didn't purchase it obviously, but I can't think of a worse jersey to have owned.

Last time (and the only time since moving to Florida in 1994) I wore it was the day he was inducted into the Hall of Fame. Have a friend whose family owns a taveren andhe cranked the A/C. So I guess I don't have a worst jersey bought.

The reason? WGR had just broke the report that TD was going to keep Flutie over RJ, which caused the price of all RJ parahpanalia to tank. But I knew WGR had to be wrong (because TD had basically said how much he loved RJ when he was at ESPN), so I bought the RJ "bundle" for something like $20. Brilliant move, huh??
