Ummm, yea, that's what they've been doing. Your higher income people are more likely to switch first.

Exactly. You have to start somewhere, why not start in places where people have disposable income?

So what if higher income neighborhoods are wired-up first (only is doubtful)? And Comcast lobbyists are claiming that competition wouldn't necessarily lead to lower prices...because Comcast wouldn't lower theirs? :thumbsup:

I can't get ATT's "U-verse" in my town, but the "lower income" next town over has had it for a couple years now.
