flomoe Posted December 10, 2008 Posted December 10, 2008 ...TO Fail ?? There seem to be a few similarities between the Bills and the ficticious Charlestown Chiefs from Slap Shot and the Cleveland Indians from Major League. This is just something that my wife pointed out to me that almost makes sense.
Chalkie Gerzowski Posted December 10, 2008 Posted December 10, 2008 It smells like Bob Irsay without the alcohol.

freeagentqb Posted December 10, 2008 Posted December 10, 2008 Sure seems that way.......poor product = lost fans = Bills leave town and all of it = our fault.....
Chalkie Gerzowski Posted December 10, 2008 Posted December 10, 2008 Sure seems that way.......poor product = lost fans = Bills leave town and all of it = our fault..... Just like Baltimore...again without the booze.
RJ (not THAT RJ) Posted December 10, 2008 Posted December 10, 2008 Just like Baltimore...again without the booze. Actually, this thread would only make sense with the addition of a lot of booze.
Chalkie Gerzowski Posted December 10, 2008 Posted December 10, 2008 Actually, this thread would only make sense with the addition of a lot of booze. Irsay would get onto local Baltimore television...buzzed real nice and rant like a loon...I guess Sullivan's take is that Wilson cackles like an old, diaper-filled loon.
bdelma Posted December 11, 2008 Posted December 11, 2008 Sure seems that way.......poor product = lost fans = Bills leave town and all of it = our fault..... If that is the case F-em!
Fan in San Diego Posted December 11, 2008 Posted December 11, 2008 It's RW secret strategy, make the Bills so bad, that when he dies and the team is sold and moved, no one in Buffalo will complain. Bwoooaaaaahhh !
Kipers Hair Posted December 11, 2008 Posted December 11, 2008 I swear this post has been recurring for the past 5 years.... Ralph is really trying his best to win...he just sucks.
drinkTHEkoolaid Posted December 11, 2008 Posted December 11, 2008 i dont think he is intentionally setting this team up, i think it happens whan a senile incompetant "much beloved" owner is out of touch.... you get our current state of affairs
Thurman#1 Posted December 11, 2008 Posted December 11, 2008 Yes, he is, for two main reasons. First, he dislikes extra money, such as he could earn with a successful team. This can be seen from his behavior. Second, he enjoys spending time in an atmosphere filled with desperation and depression. For these reasons, Ralph is setting us up to fail. Sigh.
