Perhaps the worst part about our consistent mediocrity, is that while we stay unimproved, we consistently manage draft picks in the 11-16 range...not quite elite enough to guarantee an immediate improvement.

I honestly think we're drafting good talent, but the coaching isn't putting it all in place.
