Time to give up the ghost, Ralph.

It's funny in a bizarre way, It's sad, but it's true; asking the owner to please die. It is sad for RW that is what the fans of Buffalo think of him at this point.

I totally agree with this post - as long as he owns the team he will underpay for coaches and cry poor. Kelly has a group of people lined up to buy the team. They will DEFINITELY be more committed than RW. If he holds onto this team any longer he will lose half of the fan base, no doubt.

I've updated my avatar to show my solidarity for teams playing the Bills. I'm certain this strategy will backfire, and the Bills will win the final three meaningless games to ensure they don't get a top-notch lineman early in the draft, but regardless, I want the Bills to lose. And badly. It's the only hope. I have to think Ralph hasn't got more than a year or two left.

The sad truth is that we're all watching a franchise in its death throes. Ralph is more interested in making a ton of money for his heirs when he dies than in the franchise itself. There a many, many people out there with more money than God and who are willing to buy a moribund franchise, move it to a city with a real economy and plenty of growth potential and turn it into a gold mine. Jerry Jones and Dan Snyder are the future of the NFL (I don't like it, but that's the way things are heading). Doesn't matter how badly Jim Kelley would like to buy the franchise, it will never happen. The Bills are history as soon as Ralph breathes his last. UNLESS the franchise becomes so pathetic that no one would want to touch it. But that's only a pipe dream.
