ans4e64 Posted December 5, 2008 Posted December 5, 2008 Generally speaking, who would you start? Frerrotte isn't as good of fantasy QB as JP is, but he IS going against the worst team this week in the Lions. JP does well against Miami. Quote
PastaJoe Posted December 5, 2008 Posted December 5, 2008 I would expect Minnesota to run the ball, while Buffalo will have to throw if Lynch doesn't play, so go with JP. Quote

Frerrotte isn't as good of fantasy QB as JP is, but he IS going against the worst team this week in the Lions. JP does well against Miami. I don't particularly like either of these guys this week... I think I would go with Frerotte...the Vikings are in the playoff hunt, and the Lions will be a good exercise for their offense, if they are serious about the playoffs. JP is talking about how much better things should be this week, becuase he will have had time to practice all week with the first team. Sorry, but it seems like everytime JP talks up a good game, and gets you pumped, the team lays an egg...last season, JP talked like this before the Jacksonville game....he said it was his "make or break game" in Buffalo, and proceeded to play one of his worst games ever. I hope to hell I am wrong, becuase I like JP, and I hate the Dolphins, but I stay away from playing him this week. I guess his potential for a big game is better than Frerottes', but so to, is his potential for a horrid game... Quote
