In the first round of the draft I'd look for a play maker at LB, second and third round I'm looking for the best center DT combination I can find. 3. I'd take a hard look at my strength and conditioning coaches 4. Take a hard look at our coaches in general 5. see if we could get Vernon Davis from San Fran- yeah I know the guys an immature jerk but he has talent- his immature jerkyness might make him not that expensive. 6. Hardy needs to do a lot of work both physically and mentally - the Bills have to take a more active hand in the off season with these young players- until they prove they know how to prepare- the Bills have too many players who don't seem to improve in their second and third season- players should make huge improvement both physically and mentally in their second and third season.
