grammer_police Posted November 27, 2008 Author Posted November 27, 2008 13 YARD PUNT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Wow, I guess I was a little off base on my prediction. Dont worry though, Detroit will come back.
MartyBall4Buffalo Posted November 27, 2008 Posted November 27, 2008 I almost feel bad for my friend who's a chiefs fan. In a year the chiefs may only win 1 game, and get rid of Carl Peterson after 2 decades of inepitude, and have a chance at a potential franchise qb in Matt Stafford. Along come the Lions. However on the positive side 1 quarter down, and just about 40 fantasy points from Chris Johnson and the titans d.
davefan66 Posted November 27, 2008 Posted November 27, 2008 Problem with this game is when it gets out of hand, there is no other game for the network to switch to.... PLEASE, PLEASE NFL, take the thanksgiving day game away from Detroit! Please!!
MartyBall4Buffalo Posted November 27, 2008 Posted November 27, 2008 Maybe arizona/philly will be good for those that get NFL Network. Seattle/Dallas will just be a repeat of this
nucci Posted November 27, 2008 Posted November 27, 2008 Think about it, everything is lining up right. Tenn. is comming off their first loss. Det. finally showed something in their last game.(they were up by 17 early) You know that Daunte has at least one great game in him left. Kerry is due for a meltdown.(Today could be his 3 int day) Tenn. basically already knows their getting a first round bye. Det. is desperite for respect. So, i'm calling it right now, biggest upset of the season(decade?). Good call!
BuffaloBill Posted November 27, 2008 Posted November 27, 2008 13 YARD PUNT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Wow, I guess I was a little off base on my prediction. Dont worry though, Detroit will come back. A little off base??? you missed the entire field ..... It would really suck to be a lions fan .. as bad as the Bills have been for the last decade at least we, as fans, have had some hope. Detroit is just plain bad and they have been for many many years.
BillsWatch Posted November 27, 2008 Posted November 27, 2008 Detroit will lose 44-9. I'd wish the Lions would quit playing games on Thanksgiving. I wish Lions and Cowboys would stop playing on Thanksgiving.
Jim in Anchorage Posted November 27, 2008 Posted November 27, 2008 Maybe arizona/philly will be good for those that get NFL Network. Seattle/Dallas will just be a repeat of this Difference is I hate Dallas and can hope for bad things to happen to them.
Dante Posted November 27, 2008 Posted November 27, 2008 I have C.Johnson. Only worry is that they take him out at this point
grammer_police Posted November 27, 2008 Author Posted November 27, 2008 The only thing worse than the game is this Jesse McCarney Sh*t
SageAgainstTheMachine Posted November 27, 2008 Posted November 27, 2008 The only thing worse than the game is this Jesse McCarney Sh*t It got all the women in my house watching, and they totally lost their focus on preparing dinner. It's a real shame.
BuffaloBill Posted November 27, 2008 Posted November 27, 2008 The only thing worse than the game is this Jesse McCarney Sh*t Agreed ... as if this game isn't pathetic enough ... at least there were some cute girls dancing but the camera shots kept cutting away from them
MavBavButav Posted November 27, 2008 Posted November 27, 2008 Detroit will lose 44-9. I'd wish the Lions would quit playing games on Thanksgiving. wow. this is impressive.
DrFishfinder Posted November 27, 2008 Posted November 27, 2008 Detroit will lose 44-9. I'd wish the Lions would quit playing games on Thanksgiving. Lions fans wish they would quit playing games during the season. At least this season..... I think they're losing 41-10 right about now.....

Bmwolf21 Posted November 28, 2008 Posted November 28, 2008 The only thing worse than the game is this Jesse McCarney Sh*t Good thing they followed up with the Jonas Brothers at the Boys-Hawks halftime show...these are exactly the types of musical acts that the majority of hardcore and casual football fans want to see. But I guess the NFL is really trying hard to crossover into that 9-to-15-year-old Hannah Montana "screeching 'tweens" demographic.
