VIPP Posted November 26, 2008 Posted November 26, 2008 in 2007 we picked up FA's to help bolster our O-line Langston Walker and Derrick Dockery This year, the Jets picked up Alan Faneca and Damien Woody If you had a choice between either of the two options...who would you prefer
Pete Posted November 26, 2008 Posted November 26, 2008 Faneca and Woody, and Kris Jenkins! Jenkins is the key to that Jets team. I wish we pursued him harder- the Jets got him cheap. Jenkins and Stroud starting DTs- wow!

Pete Posted November 26, 2008 Posted November 26, 2008 That would be "wow". New coach would be "super wow". you think a new coach ([please name him) would make the Bills better then adding Kris Jenkins? For real?
Flbillsfan#1 Posted November 27, 2008 Posted November 27, 2008 you think a new coach ([please name him) would make the Bills better then adding Kris Jenkins? For real? I for one think so. Brian Billick, Marty Schottenheimer, Jim Hasslet, I would take any of these three & there are others & the team would be IMPROVED.
thewildrabbit Posted November 27, 2008 Posted November 27, 2008 Gotta hand it to the Jets. the mangenius built the team from the O-line up with tackle D'brickashaw Ferguson and center Nick Mangold in the draft, then added Fanaca and Woody...unreal I was thinking after free agency that the Jets would be improved but even with all that talent they still had a QB with a noodle for an arm in Pennington. Besides, the bills had his number and once hurried a few times folded like a lawn chair. Then Farve /cry...the only bright spot might be that no matter how well the Jets finish this year it is most likely Brett's last. we hope
silvermike Posted November 27, 2008 Posted November 27, 2008 The Jets have to give up a bigger draft pick for making the playoffs. That's, uh, you know, some kind of something.
keepthefaith Posted November 27, 2008 Posted November 27, 2008 you think a new coach ([please name him) would make the Bills better then adding Kris Jenkins? For real? Yes. Jenkins would be a great addition, but a new head coach could have a larger impact. Especially with the offense.
Hossage Posted November 27, 2008 Posted November 27, 2008 Id take schottenhiemer. his offenses would suit our personnel perfectly. We should pay him any amount to coach the offense.
