erynthered Posted November 26, 2008 Posted November 26, 2008 Too funny. http://www.nbc.com/Saturday_Night_Live/vid...emanuel/848721/
slothrop Posted November 26, 2008 Posted November 26, 2008 Other Good ones from yesterday: Dateline: http://www.nbc.com/Saturday_Night_Live/vid...ateline/848688/ James Bond Skit: http://www.nbc.com/Saturday_Night_Live/vid...howdown/848687/ Big Three Congressional Hearings (not on SNL website because it seems they pissed someone off): http://djkonservo.wordpress.com/2008/11/24...o-bailout-skit/
Chump Change Posted November 26, 2008 Posted November 26, 2008 That was OK, but it has nothing on the Olberman skit. That IMO was one of the best I've seen.
Andrew in CA Posted November 26, 2008 Posted November 26, 2008 The Rahm Emmanuel one is funny, but that Dateline one cracked me up. "Nooo, I'm horrified..."
slothrop Posted November 26, 2008 Posted November 26, 2008 I really liked the Barney Frank impression. I also like Tim McGraw's reaction to the name "pvssy Galore."
IDBillzFan Posted November 26, 2008 Posted November 26, 2008 That was OK, but it has nothing on the Olberman skit. That IMO was one of the best I've seen. No question. The Olberman skit was completely hysterical. Ben Affleck actually was better in that skit than any movie he had ever been in. Not that making fun of Olberman is all that difficult.
Gene Frenkle Posted November 26, 2008 Posted November 26, 2008 No question. The Olberman skit was completely hysterical. Ben Affleck actually was better in that skit than any movie he had ever been in. Not that making fun of Olberman is all that difficult. Yes, Ben Affleck is a genius.
buckeyemike Posted December 1, 2008 Posted December 1, 2008 No question. The Olberman skit was completely hysterical. Ben Affleck actually was better in that skit than any movie he had ever been in. Not that making fun of Olberman is all that difficult. Linky. It is one of the funniest things I've seen in quite a while.
Erik Posted December 2, 2008 Posted December 2, 2008 No question. The Olberman skit was completely hysterical. Ben Affleck actually was better in that skit than any movie he had ever been in. Not that making fun of Olberman is all that difficult. It wasn't just that he made fun of him. It was that he was spot on...even the over the top stuff was just a little over the top compared to what you usually get from him. And you can totally see him going off on a Co-Op president for not letting his cat live with him. All that said the best part is definitely the courageous/outrageous confusion.
The Dean Posted December 2, 2008 Posted December 2, 2008 Too funny. http://www.nbc.com/Saturday_Night_Live/vid...emanuel/848721/ Outstanding! I can't believe they cut it. Probably because not too many SNL viewers really know who Rahm is.
justnzane Posted December 2, 2008 Posted December 2, 2008 Outstanding! I can't believe they cut it. Probably because not too many SNL viewers really know who Rahm is. If they were smart, they could have saved it for another week SNL can't get it right all the time.
