Pete
I would like to start a blog which includes videos, photos, music. I know I need to register a domain name, then what else? I also have the IWeb program for Apple, but it confuses the !@#$ out of me like most Apple programs. Is there any other programs I should purchase? Any good advice is much appreciated! BillsWatch
You need a consulting service too. How much money do you have?
drnykterstein
Just get a page on wordpress. I think it does everything you want, and if at a later time you want to add your own domain that is fine. But from your needs, I'd highly recoment a wordpress blog. Just Jack
Just get a page on wordpress. SDS recommended that to me also. I already had the webspace and domain name, just needed to get the Wordpress software setup on it. But if you go directly to Wordpress, it's alot easier to get setup. gmac17
wordpress is great, but don't do it on their site. Get your own domain for $8, and build on your own. A lot of places will help you set up a wordpress blog on their hosting (godaddy i believe does it). having your own name is much better than pete.wordpress.com you could also check out a super easy site like tumblr.com (which also lets you use your own domain)

But then you have to get into FTP and setting it all up. Not sure how easy it is right on the Wordpress site, but I imagine it's just alot of point and click. pBills
Easiest ways are: As mentioned... blogspot.com (Create a Free Blog) https://www.blogger.com/start Or if you have a Mac - you can use iLife. You can create a website through that program. Very easy.

pBills
umm.... Seriously? Mac programs are so easy. Pretty much click and publish. If you wanted to get more involved and use better programs, there's Dreamweaver, etc.
