Before his devastating injury he missed a whole year due to a broken leg. Do any of you think that if healthy last year he could have been the TE we were looking for, or would we still be seaching? Tim Anderson's Lunch Pail Posted November 25, 2008 Share Posted November 25, 2008 You hate to say that he would have failed after what happened to him, but I just don't think he would have been a difference-maker. It's not all his fault. The knee injury is always tough to come back from. And he was playing in an offense that makes very poor use of tight ends. I just think he ultimately would have ended up being just another name in a long list of obscure of tight ends (Lonnie Johnson, Tony Cline, Dan O'Leary, Dave Moore, Tim Euhus, Ryan Neufield, and Michael Gaines) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
