VOR Posted November 24, 2008 Posted November 24, 2008 The fastest guy is Greer. I remember reading that a few years ago, and Greer arrived after Evans. I don't know if McKelvin is faster than him, though.
Captain Hindsight Posted November 24, 2008 Posted November 24, 2008 What!!!........... I think its between McGee, McKelvin, Parrish, and Evans. Moorman
robkmil Posted November 24, 2008 Posted November 24, 2008 400 Hurdles110 Hurdles runner up FWIW, you "RUN" the hurdles, the best hurdlers barely leave the ground do they run underneath the hurdles
ExiledInIllinois Posted November 24, 2008 Posted November 24, 2008 do they run underneath the hurdles No. Over the top. Did you ever watch a fluid hurdler?... It is amazing... Literally striding right over them... I think that is what justnzane meant.
justnzane Posted November 24, 2008 Posted November 24, 2008 No. Over the top. Did you ever watch a fluid hurdler?... It is amazing... Literally striding right over them... I think that is what justnzane meant. Yes you are right. The reason I pointed out what I did, is because I was a college hurdler, and am now a high school coach.
ExiledInIllinois Posted November 24, 2008 Posted November 24, 2008 Yes you are right. The reason I pointed out what I did, is because I was a college hurdler, and am now a high school coach. I got your back from the moronic comments of the world...
aussiew Posted November 24, 2008 Posted November 24, 2008 I had a Don Bebe flashback when I saw that play. We also wondered about that "fumble". They didn't show that on a replay in the stadium. Did they show it on TV?
StupidNation Posted November 24, 2008 Posted November 24, 2008 I would say in football speed it's McKelvin or Greer, with Evans behind them. In a flat out sprint without pads it's Parrish and his amazing 40 times. He's not football fast, but he's quick.
Beerball Posted November 24, 2008 Posted November 24, 2008 Yes you are right. The reason I pointed out what I did, is because I was a college hurdler, and am now a high school coach. and that makes you a so called expert?
Dan Posted November 24, 2008 Posted November 24, 2008 I had a Don Bebe flashback when I saw that play. We also wondered about that "fumble". They didn't show that on a replay in the stadium. Did they show it on TV? Nope no real replay. But I DVR'd it and checked it out, because I was curious as well. And upon further review... it was definitely not a fumble. The ball came out after Johnson hit the ground, as he rolled over the ball popped out.
Steely Dan Posted November 24, 2008 Author Posted November 24, 2008 Very Don Beebe-esque! I love the never say die attitude!!

We were wondering if Dick was having trouble finding the red flag again.
BEAST MODE BABY! Posted November 24, 2008 Posted November 24, 2008 I'm pretty sure it can be. Did you see him on that touchdown run? Hello. If you're talking 40 times, not only are you smoking crack but you're wrong to boot.
Steely Dan Posted November 24, 2008 Author Posted November 24, 2008 If you're talking 40 times, not only are you smoking crack but you're wrong to boot. I'm not sure it would be wrong to boot him.
Guest dog14787 Posted November 24, 2008 Posted November 24, 2008 Fastest, Evans for sureQuickest, Roscoe. Lee Evans ran a 4.4 , Roscoe Parish a 4.43, and both Mckelvin and McGee a blistering 4.38 official speed at the combines Rumor has it, Mckelvin has a higher gear he kicks into, but I bet all these guys do. The run down was awesome!!! As Jauron would say, I like my Mcnuggets allot.
Dan Posted November 24, 2008 Posted November 24, 2008 If you're talking 40 times, not only are you smoking crack but you're wrong to boot. I was talking in terms of perceived football speed. I think we can all agree that I think Lynch is fast.
