jarthur31 Posted November 24, 2008 Posted November 24, 2008 I just don't see how McKelvin gets taken out now after the game he had today, regardless if Greer is healthy or not...Greer is a good player, but McKelvin has the opportunity to be great...that first INT he had today was a big time play---the type of play you see pro bowl and all pro CB's make. Greer doesn't make these type of plays. He plays pretty good run support, and covers well, but doesn't get a lot of those types of INT's....the ones the CB makes happen, versus the ones the QB hands them.... Had to beat a dead horse but I will...................................Leodis should've started for McGee against the Doll Fans even if it MEANT LOSING that game with him starting. Terrence could've had his knee utterly destroyed that day.
LabattBlue Posted November 24, 2008 Posted November 24, 2008 WTF? Greer is not better the Mcgee. Mcgee is one of the best CB's in the league. There is a reason why he is put on every elite WR when we play them. He shut down Moss, Braylon Edwards, etc... You guys are nuts. Let Greer walk since Mcgee already has a contract and give Leodis Greer's spot. You are forgetting one thing. McGee will be a UFA after next season. Who do you think will be easier and cheaper to re-sign Greer or McGee? Is McGee that much better than Greer, because he will be looking for the Brinks truck once he hits FA. Or do the Bills let Greer and McGee walk and then spend another 1st round pick on a CB?
