marauderswr80 Posted November 23, 2008 Posted November 23, 2008 24-32 for 273 & 2 TD's 6 rushes for 38 yds & 2 TD's Way to take care of the football and way to keep things alive. Now move on to next week!
StupidNation Posted November 23, 2008 Posted November 23, 2008 All we need is better stability from the run game. Trent is a solid QB, and will never be the gun-slinger Warner is. Still, he's a keeper and will get better.

John Adams Posted November 23, 2008 Posted November 23, 2008 24-32 for 273 & 2 TD's 6 rushes for 38 yds & 2 TD's Way to take care of the football and way to keep things alive. Now move on to next week! It helps remind us all that he's young. He'll have some stinkers--more likely against good teams. Also reminds us how much better he is when there are 2 people who can catch the ball out there instead of 1. Playoffs aren't out of the question even if they are unlikely. Wins against division opponents will be key.

marauderswr80 Posted November 23, 2008 Author Posted November 23, 2008 The one thing Trent has to go, get out of bounds!!! Dont get that extra yardage in garbage time.....get outta bound preserve that body!

Wins against division opponents will be key. Yeah...our ideal loss, if we must have another one will be this coming game at home against San Fran, which will likely be the easiest game for us. We really need to go 4-for-December...that back to back against the Jets and Broncos will be key.
PromoTheRobot Posted November 23, 2008 Posted November 23, 2008 All we need to do is play a couple more 1-9 teams. Wait till next year. Bingo. We beat the friggin' Chefs. We'll probably beat the 49ers too. Then comes the real test. Fins, Jets, Broncos, and Pats*. That stretch decides our season. Based on what I've seen, I'm not optimistic. Ugh, that Browns game killed us. PTR
NicholasCal1 Posted November 23, 2008 Posted November 23, 2008 was it that kc sucks or trent got better or the coaching stopped coaching scared ?
Slack_in_MA Posted November 23, 2008 Posted November 23, 2008 was it that kc sucks or trent got better or the coaching stopped coaching scared ? Yes.
Sisyphean Bills Posted November 23, 2008 Posted November 23, 2008 Pro Bowl! Seriously though, nice to see him pull his head out.
chicot Posted November 23, 2008 Posted November 23, 2008 was it that kc sucks or trent got better or the coaching stopped coaching scared ? Or Josh Reed came back.
lets_go_bills Posted November 23, 2008 Posted November 23, 2008 Trent is young. He had a rough patch and didn't ahev much of a run game supporting him. Also, there was some questionable play calling/game planning on the coaching staff's part. Trent was huge today and accounted for 4 TDs. He's the guy and will only get better.
jwws9999 Posted November 23, 2008 Posted November 23, 2008 Trent sure does play great against the crappy teams in good weather
Stenbar Posted November 23, 2008 Posted November 23, 2008 He played a whole lot better than the past 4 weeks..On top of that he gave a lot of posters here some good family time as they will now have nothing to whine about..
Bmwolf21 Posted November 23, 2008 Posted November 23, 2008 Nice bounce-back game today. You can point to the passing numbers and the TD's and all that, but the most important number today is ZERO - as in no turnovers.
