generaLee83 Posted November 23, 2008 Posted November 23, 2008 Jauron went for it on 4th and 1 and pounded it in with Lynch. Our O just matched their opening drive. What's everyone complaining about? Trent did not look 10 yards past the line of scrimmage on ANY of his passes. Once again he is not going to involve any of the receivers on his team, he looks to dump off immediately. KC will make the adjustment and play more guys in the box. When this happens, Bills will lose.
robkmil Posted November 23, 2008 Posted November 23, 2008 holy sh. if it's not losman/hamdan/wildcat time now, it's never going to be. What the f are you talking about?
colin Posted November 23, 2008 Posted November 23, 2008 all of a sudden our run blocking (including monday) is knocking guys off
Erik Posted November 23, 2008 Posted November 23, 2008 hopefully we'll keep the ground game going today. Perfect team to play at this point...31st ranked rushing D...looks like Marshawn could have a monster day if that drive is any indication...esp. since Edwards will keep throwing to him every time he drops back...

davefan66 Posted November 23, 2008 Posted November 23, 2008 I can't believe Jauron took a chance on 4th down. I think I just shat my pants. And with a run!

When this happens, Bills will lose. Yeah! and it really killed us on that drive. (sarcasm) The passes that were completed went for first downs. you can complain about the incomplete pass to royal but not the others-we scored
The Avenger Posted November 23, 2008 Posted November 23, 2008 Edwards panicked and threw it high so no defender could come out of nowhere and make it a pick-six. See Trent's eyes there on that throw? That's what happened. Exactly - still playing scared

TheChimp Posted November 23, 2008 Posted November 23, 2008 Even I know not to complain about ANYTHING on that drive.

That's what happened. Were do you get that he was panicked? i admit it was a bad pass--but he didn't look panicked your jumping tpp cpnclusions

(sarcasm) The passes that were completed went for first downs. you can complain about the incomplete pass to royal but not the others-we scored Actually I can. The dump offs work only so long. As soon as the D realizes Trent isn't looking more than 10 yards downfield, they will cheat up and close off that pass. Also effects the run game for us.

Once again he is not going to involve any of the receivers on his team, he looks to dump off immediately. Think maybe they were DESIGNED that way, to calm him down and try to get him into a rhythm? (Okay, so it didn't seem to help the throw to Royal ...)
colin Posted November 23, 2008 Posted November 23, 2008 we really should try blitzing, but we are down so many secondary players
