PIZ Posted October 26, 2004 Posted October 26, 2004 It is possible. He could see the o-line as the problem. Or the coaches or the receivers. Isn't he the one who wanted Johnson in the Tennessee game instead of Flutie. Wasn't that his decision and not Wade's? I can't think of any reason why TD or MM would doom their career by starting this guy.
Thailog80 Posted October 26, 2004 Posted October 26, 2004 When Ralph said he wanted to open up the offense do you think he meant with Shane Matthews? I think not...........Ralphies squarely behind Drew. IMO

jester43 Posted October 26, 2004 Posted October 26, 2004 i'll say it again...if ralph is calling the shots on the field in any way, shape or form...this franchise is SCREWED until he dies.
Hooligan Posted October 26, 2004 Posted October 26, 2004 speaking of that, do you guys know who the Bills frnachise will go to when he does depart from the mortal world?? will it be sold or is he giving it to someone?
DeeRay Posted October 26, 2004 Posted October 26, 2004 will it be sold or is he giving it to someone? well... none of his heirs want the team... so it has been said. that leaves one option... the team will be sold. Once the team is sold, it is going to move out of Buffalo. There's not too many businessmen that would be happy in a venue that has no potential for generating revenue. Right now, the NFL is prepared to bank roll a new stadium in LA. They desparately want a team back in that market... where Jack Nicholson and the rest of the hollywooders can piss away $1M on a luxury box which is non shared revenue for an owner. Just imagine a cutting edge stadium in LA... 30, 000 seats for the owner to share revenue and 5,000 luxury suites non shared revenue....

How many times will this be brought up? It never stops. This team has been on the verge of being sold for 20 years now. I can tell you facts and that is ...As long as Ralph is alive he has stated he will never sell the team. A few months back Galisano said he wants the Bills. For the last time the BILLS WILL NOT GO TO LA! The doom and gloomers love to throw this crap out about LA every couple of weeks. Enough. If you are looking for teams that may be sold and moved to LA see Indy, Saints, Chargers. The Bills have never been noted and are unlikely to leave WNY with one of the best fan bases in the country. Get over it.
Paco Posted October 26, 2004 Posted October 26, 2004 Now we're talking about the real problem. Wilson is the one making all the decisions. Wanna blame someone for the state of the team. Look to the owner.

Look to the owner. 86868[/snapback] agree...if history tells us anything about ralph, it's that he's made a lot more bad decisions than good ones with this team. of course that's only ON the field...off the field he's made the best decision ever- to leave the bills in buffalo
Typical TBD Guy Posted October 27, 2004 Posted October 27, 2004 And you wonder why Ralph still isn't in the HOF?
Happy Days Lois & Clark Posted October 27, 2004 Posted October 27, 2004 To my knowledge Donahoe was willing to wait on the trade to get Drew Bledoe to get him for possibly less than the 1st rounder then Ralph Wilson told Donahoe to go ahead and giove up the 1st rounder to get the deal done.

TigerJ Posted October 27, 2004 Posted October 27, 2004 I'm assuming you're speculating as to the reason Bledsoe is starting. It's not perfectly clear from the initial post. I really don't think Ralph has issued any such edict.
