He's the President-elect, which is kind-of an important distinction to anyone without "stupid" in their name.

The rules also bar officials from working on matters where family members or recent business associates may have a direct conflict of interest. In cases where there is even an “appearance of conflict,” officials must seek a waiver from the transition’s executive director, an Obama Senate aide and law school classmate, Christopher Lu. Please share your proof that any of these people are using their position on the Obama transition team to benefit a special interest that they are currently a paid lobbyist for (without resorting to the typical DC Tom talking points please).
