bills44 Posted November 11, 2008 Posted November 11, 2008 it is not that hard to prove that in NFL games with evenly matched squads the refs will determine who wins a large percentage of the time it's almost as if they're making it up as they go along.
PistolPeaTear Posted November 11, 2008 Posted November 11, 2008 minus some of the calls by the refs this game, this has been one of the better games of the year, i feel bad for anyone who passed on it
Offside Number 76 Posted November 11, 2008 Posted November 11, 2008 This is some of the worst officiating I ever have seen, in any sport. Combined with what I saw yesterday, I'm actually HOPING it's because the league is controlled by gamblers. Because if so, there at least would be an economic justification for what is going on. This is just crap. I can't justify investing my time in watching any more games that don't involve the Bills.
KD in CA Posted November 11, 2008 Posted November 11, 2008 How do they not get the ball in the hands of their best player (Gore) even once on that entire drive? Terrible job putting the game entirely in that kid's hands. They had plenty of time for a balanced drive and instead played right into the Cards aggressive defense.
SageAgainstTheMachine Posted November 11, 2008 Posted November 11, 2008 Shaun Hill: WORST PASS EVER Yep, 49ers still blow.
Chalkie Gerzowski Posted November 11, 2008 Posted November 11, 2008 A microcosm of everything wrong with the league...all in this game...horrid officiating...one official a tubby **** who keeps getting in the way, other officials getting in the way...the stupid plays, offsides this, offsides that...dumb players, dumb squads, joke of a facility, joke of a fan base.
PistolPeaTear Posted November 11, 2008 Posted November 11, 2008 Good game, but one thing besides the refs that make me wanna vomit, is Shaun Hill's Mechanics. His Mechanics rival that of Vince Young's, terrrrrrible.
KD in CA Posted November 11, 2008 Posted November 11, 2008 one official a tubby **** who keeps getting in the way, other officials getting in the way... Seriously...they've interfered in three different plays. Pathetic.
Offside Number 76 Posted November 11, 2008 Posted November 11, 2008 Now Gore is knocked out; something about using fuzzy math or making movies about global warming.
Chalkie Gerzowski Posted November 11, 2008 Posted November 11, 2008 forgot...sieve defenses and two squads that 90% of the nation could have an a$$ of a rat about.
SageAgainstTheMachine Posted November 11, 2008 Posted November 11, 2008 Hill is going to get one more chance here, we'll see what he can do with it. Don't expect much, there's a reason he was a backup for 5 years.
bills44 Posted November 11, 2008 Posted November 11, 2008 worst (and longest) spike play ever that was Jauron-esque
Offside Number 76 Posted November 11, 2008 Posted November 11, 2008 1st and goal; if there's any justice in the world, Singletary's team gets the TD. But it takes 19 seconds to spike a ball?
Chalkie Gerzowski Posted November 11, 2008 Posted November 11, 2008 Shaun Hill...happy feet, wobbly passes.
Offside Number 76 Posted November 11, 2008 Posted November 11, 2008 Shaun Hill...happy feet, wobbly passes. Many of his passes this game have been nothing short of terrific.
Offside Number 76 Posted November 11, 2008 Posted November 11, 2008 Another horseshit decision. That was a TD. Well, if it was NE or Pittsburgh, or some other league favorite, that was a TD.
