UConn James Posted November 10, 2008 Posted November 10, 2008 A salute to the Marines and to all the ex-Marines that are on this board. Dude, there's no such thing as an ex-Marine.
scribo Posted November 10, 2008 Posted November 10, 2008 Dude, there's no such thing as an ex-Marine. I was wondering how long it would take before that was pointed out. Mike, your salute is appreciated. But Marines are Marines for life. You would be best received referring to those no longer wearing the uniform as Marine veterans.

Thank you for your correction. I do appreciate all of our veterans.
