Earlier this year, this Indy-SD match-up looked like a dream game. Then the season started. Still, both teams are starting to come on. Maybe NBC sticks with it.

CBS and Fox are able to protect a certain number of games against the flex...some "sources" already mention games thought to be protected.

I think the Indy-SD game stays...the Manning appeal is still strong and the Colts and Chargers seem to be back in the playoff race.

Plus, San Diego would be a "home" game for SoCal resident Madden. He might have something to say about giving that up.
