Virgil Posted November 9, 2008 Posted November 9, 2008 Beyond our record, which still has us in contention, and a weak schedule going forward...what are the positives of this team right now? Trent looks to have regressed back to first game rookie. Our O-Line is highly paid, but so horrible at run blocking that even our coaches have given up on it. Our D-Line is really highly paid, but can't get a pash rush without a compliment blitz, and therefor we can't create any turnover. Our Special Teams can cover, and that's about it. Our coaches just don't look like they give a crap. I guess that means our RB, WR, LB, and DB's are the positives. The thing is, I don't see them as horrible, just adequate. I see absolutely no reason to hold any optimism for the rest of this season, and only feel worse because we were give such a huge headstart. Like the Bengals got a few years ago, we need a mental facelift. Not just different players, but a different attitude, direction, and motive. Ralph, thanks for everything, but let's move on
kegtapr Posted November 9, 2008 Posted November 9, 2008 8 more days until we have to watch them again?
GripnRip Posted November 9, 2008 Posted November 9, 2008 Word on the street there will be a 2009 season?
bills4sb Posted November 9, 2008 Posted November 9, 2008 Tough to find any positives right now. It's all mental.

Ralph, thanks for everything, but let's move on We are the exact same team as last year with a slightly better ability to stuff the run in the middle...and with slightly worse STs than we had last year.
Pete Posted November 9, 2008 Posted November 9, 2008 Moorman had a great game. Hardy played well. McKelvin is a badass returner. Lynch ran hard. Evans is a mother!@#$ing stud. No injuries.
H2o Posted November 9, 2008 Posted November 9, 2008 ............................................................uhhhhh, what were the positives about this team again?

lets_go_bills Posted November 9, 2008 Posted November 9, 2008 The only positive I can think of is Lee Evans. He is so freaking good, it is scary.
Erik Posted November 9, 2008 Posted November 9, 2008 Sadly, we'll win at least 2 of the next 3, maybe all three...then we'll be teased again with the division up again at 8-4, 7-5
cåblelady Posted November 9, 2008 Posted November 9, 2008 We didn't have to watch the game in person.
FloridaSnow Posted November 9, 2008 Posted November 9, 2008 It looks like Miami is going to lose Wait, nevermind, that call just got overturned.
billsfanmiami(oh) Posted November 9, 2008 Posted November 9, 2008 Positives: I didn't smash my TV or blow my brains out during the game.
Pete Posted November 9, 2008 Posted November 9, 2008 The only positive I can think of is Lee Evans. He is so freaking good, it is scary. and Lee will be a Bill for many years to come! How is that for a postive?
