SnakeOiler Posted November 9, 2008 Posted November 9, 2008 I definately wouldn't give peters any kind of new deal. He's gotta prove next year that he can play at a pro bowl level, and that he's not another Jonas Jennings....who, by the way, is hardly even playing now for the 49ers
Big Turk Posted November 9, 2008 Posted November 9, 2008 It was simply a free blitzer in a 3-4. Generally that guy is the responsibility of the rb. Lynch was on a pass pattern. Thomas just got there fast shouldn't Lynch have stayed in to block then?
Max997 Posted November 9, 2008 Posted November 9, 2008 Pass went right off of Lynch's hands - w/ room to run pass was thrown way too hard for being that close, Lynch had no chance
TheChimp Posted November 9, 2008 Posted November 9, 2008 Pass went right off of Lynch's hands - w/ room to run You slow that down to 50% to see that ball or what?
Erik Posted November 9, 2008 Posted November 9, 2008 shouldn't Lynch have stayed in to block then? He would have had a first if Edwards took a little off that pass.
Max997 Posted November 9, 2008 Posted November 9, 2008 someone just made the point and I have to agree, Edwards has not looked the same since getting hit in the Cards game
Randy O'Connell Posted November 9, 2008 Posted November 9, 2008 GUYS, BLITZ UP THE F'ING MIDDLE SO CASSELL HAS NOWHERE TO GO. GOD DAMN WE SUCK
bills44 Posted November 9, 2008 Posted November 9, 2008 that measly 7 was a first what's your deal? Point is, opponents don't seem to have much difficulty in getting 7 yards. BTW, how slow is Posluszny?
TheChimp Posted November 9, 2008 Posted November 9, 2008 Wow. This Cassel kis is gonna make our boy look like JP Losman today.
todd Posted November 9, 2008 Posted November 9, 2008 someone just made the point and I have to agree, Edwards has not looked the same since getting hit in the Cards game Except the game right after when he smoked the Chargers.
Big Turk Posted November 9, 2008 Posted November 9, 2008 another below average QB we are gonna make look like a hall of famer...
Stenbar Posted November 9, 2008 Posted November 9, 2008 If the D doesnt get a stop or a turnover here this game is over..
Cash Posted November 9, 2008 Posted November 9, 2008 Why do we even bother rushing the D-line? Drop all 11 into coverage, maybe then we won't give up these long runs to Cassel.
Big Turk Posted November 9, 2008 Posted November 9, 2008 Bryan Scott always seems to make a few big plays every game...this dude is much better than most think....
TheChimp Posted November 9, 2008 Posted November 9, 2008 Except the game right after when he smoked the Chargers. With what pass rush, genius?
SnakeOiler Posted November 9, 2008 Posted November 9, 2008 someone just made the point and I have to agree, Edwards has not looked the same since getting hit in the Cards game But in his defense, trent is getting his ass handed to him every play. He has no time to throw
