Shamrock
http://blogs.buffalobills.com/2008/11/06/y...ntar-fasciitis/ So not being a doctor, what exactly is plantar fasciitis? Sounds like someone needs to tell the boy to wear some shower sandals ...he needs to see the club podiatrist...this team has one, doesn't it? What with all the foot injuries, i'm sure there's plenty of work. Plantar fasciitis, clinically a tear to the plantar fascia or ligament under the foot. It can tear along its length from the heel (origin) to the toes (insertions), but classically either at the origin or in the middle (belly). Sit down, stretch out your toes and feel that tightband under the arch of your foot. Often muscle strains in the sole of the foot are called plantar fasciitis.
