IDBillzFan Posted November 4, 2008 Posted November 4, 2008 More like: 1) First you get the money 2) Then you get the power 3) Then you get the women. Be patient, Peggy.
molson_golden2002 Posted November 4, 2008 Posted November 4, 2008 I'm kind of nervous I think if Obama wins Virginia, one of the first states we will know about, this election is over before we even hear from PA, OH or Co. It will be a done deal.
/dev/null Posted November 4, 2008 Posted November 4, 2008 I'm kind of nervous You should be nervous. The last couple of years you have had the luxury of b*tching and moaning whenever something goes wrong because the "other party" was in the White House. Now that your team is going to have the White House and very large majorities in both houses, what are you going to do if something goes wrong during the next 4 years?

Both parties have a remarkable ability to keep bogeymen alive.
SageAgainstTheMachine Posted November 4, 2008 Posted November 4, 2008 Yes. I believe that will be his first action in office. I would be just fine with that. To hell with the BCS.
SageAgainstTheMachine Posted November 4, 2008 Posted November 4, 2008 Wants college football playoffs. No more stupid coach/media polls. Well ideally there would be playoffs AND coach/media polls. How would you decide which 8 teams made the playoffs without the polls?
/dev/null Posted November 4, 2008 Posted November 4, 2008 Well ideally there would be playoffs AND coach/media polls. How would you decide which 8 teams made the playoffs without the polls? Let President Obama decide You'll see Penn St (21EV), Ohio St(20EV), Mizzou(11EV), Notre Dame(11EV), Virginia Tech(13EV), and at least one team from Florida(27EV) in every year
KD in CA Posted November 4, 2008 Posted November 4, 2008 What I like: (1) Balance in Supreme Court. We already have balance in the USSC, unlike the vast majority of the 20th century.

Let's see that my guys win first. I'll worry about that chicken sh** when it happens
molson_golden2002 Posted November 4, 2008 Posted November 4, 2008 Blame it on Bush. Both parties have a remarkable ability to keep bogeymen alive. Ya, the 10 trillion dollar debt will just be Obama's fault, as will Iraq and whatever else Bush has dropped in America's lap
