Heels20X6 Posted November 4, 2008 Posted November 4, 2008 http://www.iftheworldcouldvote.com/ Interesting to see what the world views of the Republican and Democratic hopefuls.
udonkey Posted November 4, 2008 Posted November 4, 2008 Interesting to see what the world views of the Republican and Democratic hopefuls. No...not really
/dev/null Posted November 4, 2008 Posted November 4, 2008 No...not really I agree Plus if you look at the breakdown of voting....80%of the votes from "The Rest of the World" come from the US
Jon in Pasadena Posted November 4, 2008 Posted November 4, 2008 Wow, McCain is really crushing Obama... ...in Macedonia.
olivier in france Posted November 5, 2008 Posted November 5, 2008 What is funny is that one of Mc Cain best score is in Venezuela!
swede316 Posted November 5, 2008 Posted November 5, 2008 What is funny is that one of Mc Cain best score is in Venezuela!Maybe they figured he was their best shot at getting rid of Chavez. They shouldn't worry..Barry will just talk to him and he'll see the light!
Britbillsfan Posted November 5, 2008 Posted November 5, 2008 Not really surprising on a few counts. GWB's record diplomatically is a bit of a disaster (to put it mildly) and he has managed to get a lot of people normally friendly towards the US to be quite hostile. Secondly this sort of thing is more likely to be 'voted' upon by the young, who traditionally are more left leaning than older generations. Not too many pensioners who will go to this site and vote for their man... Finally Palin. Whilst there would be many people who would be willing to vote McCain in an election outside of the US there would be precious few who would take a chance of having her as the vice president one (lack of) heartbeat away from the most important position in the world, especially given McCain's age.
GG Posted November 5, 2008 Posted November 5, 2008 Maybe they figured he was their best shot at getting rid of Chavez. They shouldn't worry..Barry will just talk to him and he'll see the light! Yeah, that's basically it. Their vote is like asking, "Why Iraq & not us? We're closer and more vital."
