You don't think a thesis on the future of US-Russian relations by a candidate for the presidency of the US would provide a unique 'un-spun' opportunity to see how he views foreign policy? Will this be announced during the transition? You only need to forward your mortgage bills if McCain wins, since he's the one who wants the gov't to buy them up. Oil bills should go to Palin, since she has a socialist history of redistributing the wealth from the oil companies in Alaska to the residents.
