TheChimp Posted November 2, 2008 Posted November 2, 2008 Boy I bet the fans in B-Lo can't WAIT for the Monday Nighter.
Pine Barrens Mafia Posted November 2, 2008 Posted November 2, 2008 Typical, though. Â Dude, Trent sucked today.
crackur Posted November 2, 2008 Posted November 2, 2008 how could he make it worse? This game is on Edwards. No excuses. He was awful. At least JP always came close against the Jets...and he beat them sometimes too. not with farve would he
The Dean Posted November 2, 2008 Posted November 2, 2008 lossman got lucky sometimes, just like drew.........we cant live in the past unless u want flutie back   Flutie sucked too.
Bmwolf21 Posted November 2, 2008 Posted November 2, 2008 That was a bad throw. That should have been thrown deeper in the endzone. Shhh, that's crazy talk. That was obviously the fault of the WR on an underthrown jump ball.
KOKBILLS Posted November 2, 2008 Posted November 2, 2008 As bad as the mistakes were on offense - the same old crap of the D not being able to stop teams from mounting drives when they absolutely need to is absolutely demoralizing and soul-sucking  When The Bills were REAL good the Defense had some bend-don't-break in them too...A lot of it at times...But when they needed a stop in the 4th Quarter at Home they usually got it...The ability to Rush the Passer helped a lot back then...  This Defense is a terrible disappointment...Not physical enough and their best Player may very well be Jabari Greer...That's really says something if You ask Me...They are underachieving at this point...There is no other way to put it...  And the Offense is not helping much either....Can't run The Ball at all...Trent is very average when it's all being put on His back...If they can't Run, at least a bit, they can't win...period  Talk about crashing back down to earth! Jeez...
Golden Wheels Posted November 2, 2008 Posted November 2, 2008 How's that? The team starts 4-0 and then follows it up with a 1-3 "effort."Â I'd sa we have a right to "over-react" Â Everyone is pissed, but I see today's biggest problem as a failure to execute -- not a lack of talent. Â If you think they should throw the baby out with the bath water, then that's your right.
TheChimp Posted November 2, 2008 Posted November 2, 2008 Oh well. 5-3. It's a dogfight now for the Division. I just hope the coaching staff is worth the paper their contracts are printed on and they ADMIT that THEY are a big reason why their players aren't doing well. Because these play calls by the Offense have been so terrible, and the Defense can't get to the QB to save their lives. Jauron needs to totally take this one on his shoulders and then make CHANGES.
ganesh Posted November 2, 2008 Posted November 2, 2008 Left way too many points in the Jets Redzone.... Â And when the game was on the line, the D allows a 8 1/2 minute drive by the Jets for a FG.....
The Dean Posted November 2, 2008 Posted November 2, 2008 Dude, Trent sucked today. Â Â Trent was not good. But, I will say the same thing I said when many blamed JP for losses: Â This was not lost due to Trent. This was a TEAM loss.
crackur Posted November 2, 2008 Posted November 2, 2008 Flutie sucked too. I wasnt saying he was good, I was referring to winning.......hell he is was short and still manage to win somehow.... Â I suppose we need moulds and price back in rare form because our wrs cant get space from the cbs and trent was never told he is allowed to throw the ball away and not take a sack....
davefan66 Posted November 2, 2008 Posted November 2, 2008 Dude, Trent sucked today. Â Nope, pass and run block sucked.
Risin Posted November 2, 2008 Posted November 2, 2008 I just think tossing in Losman wouldn't help, as he sux. Â Â ...and Trent is starting to go that route. Â Either way, the Bills need to invest a late pick in a QB to groom, in next years draft. I'm not sold on Edwards, and anyone who is might be jumping the gun. Â He plays amazing under good circumstances, but throw a wrench in the mix (ie: weather, constant pressure etc.) he is as bad as Losman ever was. Â I still think he's gonna be a good QB, but I have my doubts about him being a great one. I also think his poise is vastly overrated.
ganesh Posted November 2, 2008 Posted November 2, 2008 Trent was not good. But, I will say the same thing I said when many blamed JP for losses:Â This was not lost due to Trent. This was a TEAM loss. Â Agree,....Trent took too many sacks today....The WRs never got open and our interior of the line just could not handle the pressure from Jenkins.
TheChimp Posted November 2, 2008 Posted November 2, 2008 Nope, pass and run block sucked. You think Trent played WELL today?????????????????? What are you drinking? I want some.
macdaddy Posted November 2, 2008 Posted November 2, 2008 That ball was way underthrown ladies.... Â Trent didn't shine today but the loss in my eyes lays squarely on the coaches shoulders. Â First half was a disaster. Started out the second the same. Â 3 timeouts because of play clock, 4 and 1 disaster, 30 yards rushing into the strength of the D, no screens, no draws, no sweeps. Crappy challenge cost us a time out. Anfd that's all I can remember after a few brewski's.
The Dean Posted November 2, 2008 Posted November 2, 2008 Nope, pass and run block sucked. Â Â Trent didn't have a good game, either. Let's just be honest, but not over-react.
crackur Posted November 2, 2008 Posted November 2, 2008 we must win next week, the division losses will come back and haunt the hell out of us......
Bmwolf21 Posted November 2, 2008 Posted November 2, 2008 Nope, pass and run block sucked. Whittle's only decent play came at the end of the game when he fell on Evans' "fumble."
