billieve420
http://www.packers.com/news/releases/2008/11/01/1/ Breaking news Packers release Kabeer Gbaja-Biamila. I hope the Bills FO is on the phone with his agent setting up an visit. I think he would be a great addition to our D-line. He hasn't had a great year so far but I don't think it would be a bad risk to give him a shot.
SACTOBILLSFAN
I definitely think he's worth a shot since our pass rush is non existent

Lori
He didn't start, he had offseason knee surgery, and his base salary was $6.15 million this year. Bad combination.

I don't know - for a vet minimum or something close with incentives maybe - I'd take a look: http://www.madison.com/wsj/home/sports/309457 C

billieve420
He had 9.5 sacks last year more than anyone on our team. I would take an look especially if he can get healthy by the end of the year. Move could really help us out during our stretch run for the playoffs. Packer fans believe he is done but if I were the Bills I would be desperate for any help we can get. http://www.footballsfuture.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=269166

Since the Packers are on the hook for the base salary, somebody can probably pick him up at a reasonable rate, and I bet his agent's phone is already ringing. That knee would have to check out okay, though. Thirty-one, pass-rushing specialist, and arthritis -- that's another combination I'm not sure I like. marauderswr80
Yeah but some fans also thought Stroud was done. And he has been good for us, not great but good enough. But at this point im all for him joining the Bills.....if anything it might add a little excitement for the D

PistolPeaTear
pass......anyone who has watched him play this year can see that he's lost his quickness this is true, he only has .5 sacks this year and wasnt a starter our wonderful quick starting defensive ends this year, Schobel and Kelsay have 1 sack a piece the whole year

If we actually had a few rookies perform, we just might step up.

keepthefaith
He must of been let go because he is all set to play at a high level. / dream. If there's a chance he can regain his previous level of play, even if not until next year, he might be worth a shot. Bills pass rush needs a lot of help. Steely Dan
But we've heard of him This isn't one of those situations in my opinion. As Lori pointed out he had knee surgery last year and it takes awhile for a guy to come back from that. Also, it looks more like a sal cap move. Bring him in take a look at him and he would probably be worth it as a backup at a lower salary with the possibility of getting better next year. He could at least be used as a wave DE. He's no stranger to small markets and might like them.
Fan in Chicago
I am very much in favor of bringing him in for a medical e v a l and giving him a serious look-see. Even if he has just a couple of years left in his tank for situational pass rushing duties, we should snag him. Similar to the Jim Jeffcoat signing of the 90s. dave mcbride
Once a DE/pass rusher loses their first step, that's pretty much all she wrote. See: Ahanotu, Chidi; Wiley, Marcellus; Paup, Bryce.
