truth on hold
It's a tough call as both are near 100% I think. At 1st I thought OJ given all the evidence. But then again he went thru a trial and was found innocent. McGwire on the other hand professed innocence, but when it mattered in front of a Grand Jury where lying meant perjury, he took the 5th. Hmmmmm .....
Hazed and Amuzed
It's a tough call as both are near 100%. But I think I'm going with OJ. Is this a poll of who you want to sleep with? Edit: I see now

justnzane
Ok, I'll bite. While there may be an inkling of a chance that O.J. may not have killed his ex and Goldman, McGwire couldn't even testify because his lawyers didn't want him to perjure himself. That said, O.J. is still the bigger piece of Shitake.

SageAgainstTheMachine
The good thing is, OJ IS guilty in the eyes of the law of 12 counts of armed robbery, felonious assault, etc. And at the age of 61, his sentence should put him behind bars til he croaks. Arkady Renko
For most people, killing people is worse than taking drugs to gain an edge in sport. But most people are not Bills fans I guess?
truth on hold
Taking two lives and putting your own life at risk to pull off an economic and egotistic game. Both are evil but there truly is no comparison between the two. The question does not pertain to relative severity of the alleged crimes, but merely to the odds of guilt.
