Did McCain just say the "C" word?

Recommended Posts

I never thought I would say it, but John McCain has overtaken John Kerry and Al Gore for being the worst Presidential candidate in a generation. Today, he started to tie Barack Obama to George Bush.

"Our Jobs for America plan will create millions of new jobs. Barack Obama's only answer is to double-down on the Bush administration's legacy of out-of-control spending, raise taxes on small businesses, impose mandates on employers and raise trade barriers -- a time-proven recipe for turning tough economic times into terrible economic circumstances," his statement said.

The most lame-duck candidate was Dole. He was set-up just for the automatic fail.

There have been a ton of lousy ones. Mostly Democrats. Dole was pretty bad. Mondale, Dukakis, Kerry and Gore were all just miserable candidates. Decent politicians but remarkably bad candidates.

It's just an opinion, and impossible to prove, but I truly believe that if Obama was the candidate against Bush either time he would have won. Simply because Gore and Kerry were insanely bad, said insanely stupid things, ran horrible campaigns, looked horrible doing it, and still should have won.
