ofiba Posted October 19, 2008 Posted October 19, 2008 Did people who grew up before TV's just have audio only dreams?
Hazed and Amuzed Posted October 19, 2008 Posted October 19, 2008 They say babies dream in their wombs. What the hell do they dream about, seriously?
Hazed and Amuzed Posted October 19, 2008 Posted October 19, 2008 I dream of electric sheep. Great ref. not so great a movie though, book was much better.
/dev/null Posted October 19, 2008 Author Posted October 19, 2008 I dream of electric sheep. Do you dream of flying toasters too?
kegtapr Posted October 19, 2008 Posted October 19, 2008 They say babies dream in their wombs. What the hell do they dream about, seriously? Giant snakes hurting mommy?
Rubes Posted October 19, 2008 Posted October 19, 2008 Great ref. not so great a movie though, book was much better. Oh don't be silly. It was a great movie.
SageAgainstTheMachine Posted October 19, 2008 Posted October 19, 2008 I don't remember mine. I attended a lecture with Dr. James Maas, a renowned sleep expert, who says that dream recall has everything to do with finishing your body's last REM cycle. To finish the last REM cycle, most people have to sleep for more than 8 hours. Give that a try if you want to remember. And I can remember dreaming in black and white a couple times, but not often.
The Dean Posted October 19, 2008 Posted October 19, 2008 Oh don't be silly. It was a great movie. Terrific movie, IMO.
SageAgainstTheMachine Posted October 19, 2008 Posted October 19, 2008 Terrific movie, IMO. It was a good movie, but he's correct about the book being better. Then again, that's usually the case.
Hazed and Amuzed Posted October 19, 2008 Posted October 19, 2008 It was a good movie, but he's correct about the book being better. Then again, that's usually the case. I actually liked Fight Club the movie better then the book, that's the only exception that comes to mind.
buckeyemike Posted October 19, 2008 Posted October 19, 2008 I dream of Jeannie! da da, da da da da da, da da, da da da da da, da da, da da da da da da...da da da da!
Fezmid Posted October 20, 2008 Posted October 20, 2008 I actually liked Fight Club the movie better then the book, that's the only exception that comes to mind. I loved Fight Club. Awesome flick!
SageAgainstTheMachine Posted October 20, 2008 Posted October 20, 2008 I actually liked Fight Club the movie better then the book, that's the only exception that comes to mind. Another one is Silence of the Lambs. I didn't think the book was all that well written.
Joe Miner Posted October 20, 2008 Posted October 20, 2008 I always wonder what my dog is dreaming about. I've also noticed that my 1 year old daughter dreams as well, and can only wonder what about. Most all of my dreams are in color, but I think I've dreamt in B&W as well, although I can't recall anything specific.
